Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for your baby, because breast milk provides your child with all the important nutrients it needs for growth and development. In addition, the mother-child relationship is strengthened. A nutritious diet for the mother during pregnancy and breastfeeding is particularly important and promotes milk production.
