About the producer:
The Schärdinger brand now looks back on a tradition of over 100 years. A fact they are proud of! The brand was founded in Upper Austria in 1900.
At the beginning of the 1950s, the name was changed to "Schärdinger OÖ Molkereiverband". Extensive investments were made in the main locations Schärding, Linz and Vienna and Schärdinger began to look for export markets. In the mid-1990s, Berglandmilch was officially founded: The six Schärdinger dairy associations. This turned many small milk-processing cooperatives into one of the most modern food companies in Europe.
Today, the Schärdinger brand under the Berglandmilch umbrella brand is one of the strongest dairies in Central Europe and one of the largest and most innovative food-producing companies in Austria - a fact they are proud of.
