Its active formula combines acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, and caffeine to effectively target pain and reduce fatigue. These round, white tablets contain lactose and are easily divisible. The active ingredients Acetylsalicylic acid and Paracetamol contained in Thomapyrin have a rapidly acting, pain-relieving, fever-reducing, and anti-inflammatory effect. The third active ingredient, Caffeine, demonstrably enhances the pain-relieving effect of the combination of Acetylsalicylic acid and Paracetamol and alleviates exhaustion and fatigue during colds.
