The use of the impregnated dressing helps to maintain a moist wound environment for a rapid healing process . Application
Applying the compresses is quick and easy. The active ingredient is applied to a soft, protective cotton fleece and you place the compress on the nipple or affected skin area.Keep compresses on until the gel is used up. If possible, remove 20 minutes before breastfeeding, fold and put back on after breastfeeding.
A thin coating on the back of the fleece prevents contamination of your brassiere.
The compresses do not stick to your skin and thus prevent scabbing.
