Instead of soy sauce, we use an organic seasoning powder that is produced during the production of Wiener Würze, a regional soy sauce substitute made from organic lupins by genusskoarl. For the best teriyaki sauce, simply dissolve 4 tsp of the teriyaki spice mix in 100 ml of water and add to the meat, fish or vegetables in the wok and boil down to the desired consistency - done!
