Around 1900, the Domaine was one of the largest and perhaps most beautiful estates in the Languedoc. At least 100 hectares around the small village of Servian between Narbonne and Beziers were cultivated. Today, the winery covers about 200 hectares and is one of the top producers in the region. Since 1990, there has been permanent investment in quality. A modern winery was built, the vineyards were replanted and, with oenologist Solange Dremière, they succeed in producing wines full of character at the highest level. She manages to combine vines that grow on a variety of very different soils. The result is sunny and fruity, with complex aromatic intensity, but at the same time reflecting the particularities of each grape variety.
