Ingredients
- Gruyere
- Emmentaler
- 1 clove of garlic (for aroma)
- Dry white wine
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A shot of fruit brandy (if you want it fancy)
- Bread
- Vegetables of your choice
- Potatoes
Preparation
- 1Heat the wine, but do not boil!
- 2Rub the pot with garlic.
- 3Gradually add the cheese – stir, stir, stir!
- 4Mix cornstarch with lemon juice, add to the pot.
- 5Season with nutmeg (and kirsch).
- 6Dip, enjoy, feast! 😍
