The Sterzing dairy farm is located on the sunny side of the Alps. Following the Brenner Pass towards the south, you arrive in the small alpine town of Sterzing, with its almost 7,000 inhabitants. This is the hometown of the dairy and the namesake for our products. The area north and south of the Brenner offers the best conditions for our farmers, our animals, and thus for our raw material, milk.
The Ridnaun Valley, the Ratschings Valley, the Pflersch Valley, the Pfitsch Valley, the countless small hamlets and settlements on the mountain slopes around Sterzing, shape the landscape.

Did you know: Organic as a credo, hay milk out of conviction: The company sees a forward-looking consumer awareness in organic raw materials as well as in the renunciation of silage. As a certified Bioland operation, the Sterzing dairy farm works significantly beyond the minimum requirements of the EU organic seal. This is also reflected in the almost familial close cooperation with the strictly selected organic farms.
