The name says it all. The Bavarian prawns "easy peel" are ready for your enjoyment. The aroma of the saltwater prawns is characterized by a sweet and nutty taste. Preparation tip:

Depending on how you want to prepare the Bavarian prawn, you also handle the shell. For dishes in which the prawns are served raw, carefully remove the prawn from its shell. If the prawns are put into a sauce or into the pan, we recommend leaving the shell on the prawn for the time being. This way it gives its intense taste to the other ingredients. If you want to grill or fry the prawn, please do so only briefly at a low temperature.

Thaw gently overnight in the refrigerator.  Kitchen hygiene is important: Keep the cold chain, store separately from other products, work cleanly, heat thoroughly before consumption! Do not refreeze thawed goods

Storage conditions:

Store frozen at -18 degrees. Thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Do not refreeze after thawing.
