Similar to this model, the Graf butcher's shop has set itself the goal of creating a culinary counterpart to this Mediterranean cuisine. Under the sonorous name "Pannonian delicacies", hand-picked meat and sausage specialties from the Burgenland wine country are produced.

Knowledge of one's own roots is an important factor in order to be able to shape the future positively. The family has always been aware of its responsibility that meat products play an essential role in human nutrition. Out of this responsibility, they developed a very special passion in the production of hand-picked meat and sausage specialties, which can be traced back to 1937.
