Reserva Heredad was created to express style in the world of top sparkling wines. Only the best wines of each vintage are selected, which are then aged in the bottle on the lees for over 24 months. Contact with the lees for more than 24 months in the bottle. This ageing ends when the cellar master gives each bottle the magic touch with the final "poignettage", the shaking of the wrist. This intensifies the contact of the lees with the wine and ensures a more complex bouquet.

This Cava stands for elegant refreshment, also in its presentation.
It is a perfect companion to dishes with truffle influence, such as pasta drizzled with truffle oil.
White fish - sole or monkfish à la meunière, or traditional Mediterranean casseroles are perfect companions, as well as cooked or smoked ham and soft white cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
