Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
Impress your guests with this sophisticated mix of delicate garlic, fragrant parsley and mild chives, skilfully incorporated into authentic cheese and wrapped in our characteristic foil.
With a slightly crumbly texture but pleasantly creamy, Boursin Garlic & Herbs can be easily spread on your favourite crackers, goes perfectly with most wines and is the ideal complement to almost any meal.
Recipe Boursin®-Cornets
For 24 pieces
Preparation: approx. 1 hour
Toothpicks
• 8 corn or wheat tortillas, approx. 18 cm Ø
• 450 g Boursin®, of your choice
• approx. 150 g Bresaola
• Pepper
• 2 carrots, in juliennes
• 1/2 iceberg lettuce, in finest strips
• 3 – 4 tbsp balsamic glaze
Preparation:
1) Briefly roast the tortillas in a grill or frying pan & let them cool under cling film.
2) Spread the tortillas with Boursin® & cut them into 3 equally sized triangles.
3) Spread the Bresaola on top, season.
4) Add the carrots and lettuce, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
5) Roll up the tortillas into cornets, fix with toothpicks.
