BIO Zucchini

The zucchini originally comes from the South American giant pumpkin. In modern times, the garden pumpkin came to Europe and the zucchini was then cultivated in Italy.

Use

Zucchini are versatile in the kitchen, both for cooking and baking. Whether quick pasta dishes with zucchini, stuffed zucchini, zucchini soup with meat or cheese, simply fried in a pan or in a juicy zucchini cake. Zoodles are also very popular, especially in the low-carb kitchen.

Storage

Zucchini should be stored in a dark and cool place. Once they have been cut, they should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 5 days.
