Our warm loose sandy soils and the warm Pannonian climate are made for organic asparagus cultivation. The natural fertilisation with mature compost enables a balanced supply of valuable, flavour-forming minerals and thus allows asparagus to grow naturally, which is unique - in tenderness and flavour.

Green asparagus is pricked above ground, it impresses with its hearty strong flavour, peel no more than the lower third, green asparagus is excellent for sautéing, in risotto or in casseroles

We keep our fields healthy through appropriate crop rotation. Only farming on healthy soils with the greatest care and in harmony with nature guarantee harvests of the highest quality.
