5-grain flakes
A blend of fine cereal flakes made from the whole grain. Perfect for the morning muesli, for preparing vegetarian fritters or for refining creamy soups. The rice for the Alnatura five-grain flakes comes from organic farming, while the wheat, barley, oats and rye come from biodynamic farming (Demeter).
