And that's how easy it works:

1. Put your desired products in the shopping cart and complete the ordering process.
2. On the final page, under "pack in", select the "reusable bags" button.
3. You pay a one-time service fee of € 10,- which will be refunded to you. All further purchases will be delivered in reusable bags.
4. You can return the used bags to our couriers any time. You will receive new bags with your next purchase.
5. The service fee will be paid back as soon as you have returned all reusable bags to us. Simply contact us on 0720 70 4100 (Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and on Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) or write an email to kunden@gurkerl.at.
