Application rejected? You’ll get an email with a detailed explanation. Let us know if you don’t agree with our reasoning and we’ll figure it out together.
Application approved? Great, everything’s working out. Keep reading.
After approval, we'll send you two emails. The first one includes everything you need to know. In the second one you’ll find login info for Netsuite – our database and communication platform. Just click the link in the email to set a new password. After that, you can add more details.
Log in to Netsuite and follow these steps on the main page: Vendor Onboarding → Vendor Links → Input Details. That's it. Finish up by completing the second (and last) form. Make sure you fill in all the fields with an asterisk.
Need help? Click on the field name. If that doesn’t help, reach out to our category manager. You can close and save the form at any time and come back to it later. Once you submit your form, however, you cannot make changes.
All done. Our team will review the form and make sure everything is fine. Now we know everything we need to know. If everything works out, your products are on their way to shine on our website.
