Summer, sun - cocktails!

<p><strong>Cheers with gurkerl.at</strong></p>
What we love about summer: long days, balmy nights and a healthy suntan. What we don't love about it: the heat, too little holiday and too short weekends. So that we can really enjoy the hottest days and shortest weekends this season and get into the holiday mood, we get together with our besties for an after-work or weekend cocktail hour. The good mood is literally on the tip of our tongue - cheers!
<p><strong>Italian lightness: Negroni Undone</strong></p>
The Negroni - a classic of the Italian bar scene that also tastes pretty good to us in Austria. The "extended" Americano was invented in Florence in 1919 at the Caffé Casoni; now it is experiencing its alcohol-free revival here with us.

Ingredients:
5 cl No. 7 Not Orange Bitter
3 cl No. 2 Not Gin
2 cl No. 8 Not Vermouth
Orange peel
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill a low tumbler with ice cubes and stir to chill the glass. First pour in the Not Gin, then the Not Orange Bitter and finally the Not Vermouth. Stir and top up with ice cubes if necessary. Finally, garnish with the orange peel - and toast to a wonderful evening!
