Sapore di Mare

This is pure Amore! Fish and seafood from Sapore di Mare

La Vita è Bella! When we transport our taste buds to southern regions, true joy of life spreads - even here in the north. Because for summery moments of enjoyment, we don't have to jump into a car or plane - a visit to the gurkerl.at page is enough to bring the south, summer, and delicacies to our home. What we particularly enjoy this season: the diverse and wonderful fish dishes from Sapore di Mare! The dishes are now exclusively available at gurkerl.at!

Sapore di Mare is already quite a big fish in the land beyond the Karawanken: The Italian market leader brings daily culinary delight into the home with its high-quality fish and seafood dishes. The selection is large - but our appetite is certainly larger: Because the dishes prepared according to traditional recipes can be cooked in just a few minutes in our own four walls and shared with our loved ones. We think: Molto Bene!

Forbidden good fruits of the sea on our plates: Sapore Di Mare Paella Ai Frutti Di Mare

Now summer can officially begin: When the sun is shining and the seafood is sizzling in our paella, the holiday feeling is not far away. The Paella from Sapore di Mare is perfect as a primo piatto and with its colorful array of tender Venus clams, Indo-Pacific shrimp, Arctic shrimp, and hearty sardines, it makes you crave more (and sea!).

Instructions:

Heat some oil in a pan and add the frozen preparation. Cook with the lid on over medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is completely thawed.

Halfway through the cooking process, remove the lid and let it cook for another 4-5 minutes or according to the desired level of doneness, stirring as needed. Add some water during the cooking process if necessary. Buon Appetito!

A dish for refined palates: Sapore Di Mare Linguine Allo Scoglio

A must-try delight for all Italy lovers: Linguine! These spaghetti-like noodles are flat and originally come from Campania. In the local language, Linguine means "little tongues" – and that's exactly where this popular type of pasta belongs. Especially when a colorful mix of the best seafood is added to the fine noodles: nutty clams that taste like the sea, spicy sardines, Indo-Pacific prawns – simply fantastico!

Instructions:

Heat some oil in a pan and add the frozen preparation. Cook with the lid on over medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes, then remove the lid and gently let the strands melt using a fork.

Let cook for 4-5 minutes or until the desired level of doneness, stirring occasionally. If necessary, add some hot water during the cooking process.
