Floral spring salad

 

To this salad belongs everything that currently sprouts fresh and vital from the earth. Leaf lettuce, radishes, various sprouts and as a crowning glory our edible flowers. Finely rounded off with the special oils from our range and a high-quality vinegar from Gegenbauer. Pure joie de vivre and vitamin-rich enjoyment!

For the salad you need: 

 

1 head of lettuce

3 radishes

1 pkg. sprouts

1 Pkg. Altschachl salad herbs (e.g. pimpinelle)

1 Pkg. flowers

 

For the vinaigrette, lay out the following ingredients:

5 tablespoons of oil (e.g. olive oil or milk thistle oil)

Juice and zest of 1 lemon (or vinegar) 

Salt

pepper

Wash and tear the lettuce well. Then thinly slice the radishes. For the vinaigrette, mix lemon zest and juice with oil. Refine the whole thing with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the salad with vinaigrette and stir gently. Garnish with flowers, sprouts and herbs.
