Mochi

A connection between Asia and Europe
Why the name Mochi? Quite simply: Mochi are small filled sticky rice balls that are given as lucky charms in Japan on special occasions and at New Year. Because the name sounds at least as great as they taste, the first own restaurant was named after them.
Mochi combines traditional Japanese cuisine with European and international influences. Sushi and Sashimi, Tapas, Karaage (fried dishes), Yakitori (grilled skewers) and Robata (grilled dishes) are served in the middle of the table to share, just like at home with friends. At the midday business lunch, Donburi - rice bowls with meat, fish or vegetables - are the focus. In summer, a shady garden invites you to linger alongside the bar along the open kitchen and the tables in the restaurant.
