Ingredients
- Catfish
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 2 Bell peppers
- 100g Cherry tomatoes
- Some olive oil
- Some lemon juice
Preparation
- 1Pat the catfish fillet dry, lightly salt and pepper.
- 2Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 3Heat olive oil in a pan, first briefly sauté the vegetables.
- 4Add the catfish fillet, fry until golden brown on both sides (approx. 2 min per side).
- 5Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- 6Serve immediately – tastes especially good with baked potatoes or whole grain rice.
