Prepared like a classic Riesling Beuschel, but with the meat of Viennese snails
When Andreas took over the Gugumuck farm years ago, he gave up his job in the IT industry. He started with the breeding of snails. In 2014, he founded the Wiener Schneckenmanufaktur (Viennese Snail Manufacture), deliberately focusing on a food of the future, with a long tradition. Today, the Gugumuck family still lives together on the farm as a multi-generational family.
