Tips
Covered with cling film, you can keep the cut sides of the sliced watermelon fresh in the fridge for several days.
Preparation
Watermelons are best eaten raw by cutting the fruit into segments and removing the inedible seeds. In the meantime, there are also varieties with fewer seeds, which expand the range. They can also be used in fruit salads, cold dishes, sorbets, desserts or refreshing, even non-alcoholic, fruit bowls.
