The Chinese Mie noodles from Swallow Sailing are quick-cooking, wide ribbon noodles that are perfect for preparing Asian noodle pans. They are made on the basis of wheat flour and are characterised by a subtle taste of their own. They go well with many vegetables, meats, fish and seafood, leaving plenty of room for creativity in cooking.
