Preparation Recommendation

1. In the Pan: Fry the steaks over medium to high heat for approx. 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
2. On the Grill: Sear directly over the coals and then let them cook briefly on the side. Due to the absence of skin, there is hardly any flame formation from dripping fat.
3. Serving Suggestion: Ideal as a hearty steak in a burger bun, with grilled vegetables, or sliced on a robust Caesar salad.
