How to rinse the nose with the Nasovital Nasal Rinsing System:

1. 1. To facilitate use for children, the smaller bottle (130 ml Nasovital Nasal Rinsing System for Children) is recommended. Fill it with lukewarm water. To prepare an isotonic solution, use half a sachet of the nasal rinsing salt. For a hypertonic solution, use a whole sachet of the Nasovital nasal rinsing salt.
   2. Screw the closed attachment onto the bottle, seal it tightly, and shake the contents well until the salt has completely dissolved.
   3. The child should comfortably position themselves in front of the mirror. Allow them to squeeze a small amount of the solution into the sink, and then help them place the tip of the bottle into the nostril. It is important not to rush and to praise the child for their cooperation at each step. Wait a few minutes before cleaning the other nostril. 
   4. Afterwards, ask the child to gently blow their nose. If they are too young for this, carefully clean the nostrils with a baby nasal aspirator.
