How to Use
How to rinse your nose with the Nasovital Nasal Rinsing System:
- Fill the contents of one Nasovital Nasal Rinse Salt sachet into the container and fill the Nasovital Nasal Rinsing System with lukewarm water up to the fill line (approx. 240 ml). To prepare an isotonic solution, use one sachet of the nasal rinse salt. For a hypertonic solution, use two sachets of the Nasovital Nasal Rinse Salt.
- Screw the closed attachment onto the bottle, seal it well, and shake the contents thoroughly until the salt has completely dissolved.
- Pull the attachment upwards, halfway (for a gentle stream) or all the way (for an intense stream). Place the attachment directly against the nostril.
- Gently squeeze the bottle and wait until the solution flows out through the other nostril.
Note
Cleaning and Storage:
Rinse the bottle and attachment with water and ensure the bottle can dry thoroughly. The system is also suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
Application Tips:
- The salt should dissolve completely in lukewarm water. Only use the solution when no residues are visible.
- Keep your mouth open while rinsing so that the solution flows easily through the nose and does not enter the throat.
