Areas of Application

• Cold application: sinusitis, headaches, eyelid edema (swollen eyes), contact eczema, after operations on the eyelid margins (in accordance with your surgeon's recommendation)
• Warm application: dry eyes, ocular rosacea, blocked nose.

Application

Cold therapy:
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Apply the product to the treated surface for a maximum of 20 minutes, taking a 20-minute break between applications.
- Before use, ensure that the product's temperature is appropriate.

Heat therapy:
- Place the thermal pad flat in the center of the microwave.
- Ensure that the edges of the thermal pad do not touch the walls of the microwave.
- Heat the thermal pad at the specified temperature and time.
- The product's temperature may be higher at the edges. It is advisable to knead the thermal pad to distribute the heat throughout the product.
- Always check the product's temperature by touch before use (it must be uniform across all parts) to avoid burns.
- If the thermal pad is too hot, let it cool down.
