About the manufacturer:

In 2016, Bernhard and Julia Kurz took over the business from Bernhard's parents, converted it to organic and started direct marketing.

A lot has happened since then: a new barn, a new production building and many consistently ecological changes to the farm. Today, we can convince our customers with great, unmistakable dairy products that are simple, natural and handmade. None of our products contain any additives, artificial preservatives or more ingredients than absolutely necessary.

All ingredients are sourced from other organic farmers, a promise that goes without saying for us!
