Our organic farm Bioangus Grünau is located in the heart of the green Styria in the immediate vicinity of Austria's most important pilgrimage site. We offer our animals ideal living conditions. On our certified organic farm, the cattle have year-round access to the outdoors. In summer, our own pasture in the region at 1,500 meters above sea level offers very high feed quality and plenty of space for undisturbed movement. In winter, we feed them with silage or hay from our own cultivation.
The organic farm Grünau focuses on the highest quality and hygiene standards throughout the entire cycle: from the species-appropriate Haltung of the animals, to the slaughter on our own farm, to the storage and processing of the meat. It is the daily lived Anspruch to offer the cattle the best possible quality of life and the customers the best possible meat quality.
