About the manufacturer:
Vorarlberg Milch is a registered cooperative owned by approximately 500 farmers from Vorarlberg.
47% of Vorarlberg consists of alpine pastures and small-scale agriculture. The average herd size is 17-19 cows. Our farmers still know their cows by name.
The variety of herbs and grasses makes our milk unique. If you know the beauty of our "Ländle", it is quite natural that the best alpine milk comes from here.
Only milk from Vorarlberg is processed into excellent dairy products and cheese specialities.
