About the producer:
Working together with Fleischerei Hödl we use only fully traceable, free range meat which comes straight from Tullnerfeld in Niederösterreich. The majority of the spices and herbs added also come from within a 60 mile radius of Vienna. We are firm believers that local produce tastes better, helps the economy and minimises our carbon footprint. All sausages are gluten free (unless stated), with as little preservatives used as possible.
