Preparation for: 400 g lean, diced meat (pork, beef or mixed) 1) Stir the contents of the bag into 400 ml water and 1 tbsp oil and bring to a boil. 2) Add the diced meat. 3) Cover and simmer gently for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Stir well frequently. We recommend serving with spätzle and a seasonal salad.
