Our warm loose sandy soils and the warm Pannonian climate are made for organic asparagus cultivation. Natural fertilisation with mature compost enables a balanced supply of valuable, flavour-forming minerals and thus allows asparagus to grow naturally, which is unique - in tenderness and flavour.

White asparagus is stung below ground and has a unique delicate flavour, cooked in salted water as a side dish or with hollandaise sauce - a classic in spring cooking

We keep our fields healthy through appropriate crop rotation. Only farming on healthy soils with the greatest care and in harmony with nature guarantee harvests of the highest quality.
