Fresh Pack Fourme D'Ambert PDO
Traditional blue cheese with blue veins in the form of crumbles. It is characterised by a clear, creamy, salty taste. The intense aroma increases the appetite and encourages tasting. It is matured for at least 4 weeks, which gives it a fine depth of flavour and pleasant bitterness.
The high quality of the product is confirmed by the Protected Designation of Origin mark, which guarantees that the cheese is made according to recipes that have been strictly followed for generations. The unique character of the cheese makes it an excellent suggestion for family gatherings and with friends.
Tip: It tastes best when served on a cheese platter in combination with dry wines. You can also add it as ideal complement to dishes served warm, as it goes well with meat and baked vegetables. The creamy flesh that hides the cheese can also be used successfully in salads. It is best complemented with sweet fruit or a mixture of Provençal herbs.
