In elderly patients, the risk of side effects may be increased.
If you have to take Eu-Med in high doses, especially if you are over 60 or have had stomach or duodenal ulcers, there is an increased risk of side effects in the gastrointestinal tract.
This risk may be increased in combination with other medicines you are taking. If you vomit blood, have black stools or bloody diarrhoea, this could be a
sign of stomach or intestinal bleeding. Stop taking Eu-Med and consult a doctor immediately.
Your doctor may consider combination therapy with medicines that protect the gastrointestinal tract.

Anti-inflammatories/painkillers such as dexibuprofen may be associated with a slightly increased risk of heart attack or stroke, especially when used in high doses. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.
You should discuss your treatment with your doctor or pharmacist before taking Eu-Med if you

Very rarely, painkillers and anti-inflammatories can cause severe skin reactions. In case of skin rashes or mucous membrane lesions as well as hypersensitivity reactions (signs are facial oedema, swelling, shortness of breath, asthma, heart palpitations and drop in blood pressure), please consult a doctor immediately to find out the cause.

If you have chickenpox, you should not take any painkillers or anti-inflammatories.

Your doctor should check you regularly,
- if you have heart, liver or kidney problems,
- if you are over 60 years old,
- if you take the medicine for a long time.
Your doctor will tell you how often these tests are needed.

Prolonged high-dose, non-intended use of painkillers may cause headaches that must not be treated by increased doses of the medicine.

Taking Eu-Med 200 mg Pain Reliever Tablets with other medicinesMedicines may influence each other in their effect. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking/using, have recently taken/used or might take/use any other medicines.

The following medicines must not be taken with Eu-Med (unless you are under medical supervision):

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you suspect you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

You must not take Eu-Med after the sixth month of pregnancy as it can seriously harm your unborn child, even at low doses.
During the first five months of pregnancy, you should only take Eu-Med after consulting your doctor.

You should not take Eu-Med if you are planning to become pregnant, as this may make it more difficult for a pregnancy to occur.

The active substance passes into breast milk only in small amounts. If you are breast-feeding, do not take Eu-Med for a long time or in high doses.

! Caution: This medicine may impair your ability to react and drive.
