Kärntner Schinkenspeck is a traditionally seasoned raw ham of the highest quality from Carinthia, where bacon is a tradition. Only selected hams from Austrian pigs with fine marbling and tender fat edges are used for this speciality. Hand-salted according to old tradition and refined with noble natural spices, the Carinthian bacon is classically smoked over beech wood and matured in mountain air for at least 4 months. First-class, mildly spicy taste and especially tender - the ultimate bacon pleasure!
