Esterhazy is organic, and has been for over 15 years.

In the midst of one of the most valuable natural areas in Europe, nestled in the region around Lake Neusiedl, lie the organic farmland of Esterhazy. By using regional site characteristics of the Pannonian region, the best organic qualities of wheat, spelt, barley, oats and rye can be produced.

But also a variety of other arable crops such as oil pumpkin, hominy, soy and sunflowers and different legumes, millet species and chickpeas are cultivated.

In the farm's own meat manufactory at Seehof in Donnerskirchen, game and organic Angus beef are processed and refined on around 500 m² of farmland.
