Ländle Räßkäse 45% 5 months matured 200g
"Räß" means long matured and strong-spicy in taste here in Vorarlberg. Ländle Räßkäse is made from the best fresh alpine milk and matured and cared for in the traditional, artisanal way. The special and intensive care gives it its unique touch. During its approx. 5-month maturing period in the natural cellar, it unfolds its prominent aroma of malt, roasted onions, cream and peanut. On the palate, this impression is confirmed with notes of malt, salted peanut as well as cream and dried fruit. Delicately melting and even to the touch, the dough becomes an elegant counterpoint. For the well-known "Kässpätzle", Ländle Räßkäse forms an important ingredient and is thus an essential flavour carrier.

Vorarlberg Milch is a registered cooperative owned by approximately 500 Vorarlberg farmers.
Vorarlberg consists of 47% alpine land and small-scale agriculture. The average herd size is 17-19 cows. Our farmers still know their cows by name.
The diversity of herbs and grasses makes our milk unique. When you know the beauty of our "Ländle", it is quite natural that the best alpine milk comes from here.
Only milk from Vorarlberg is processed into excellent dairy products and cheese specialities.
