In Hinduism, the Alphonso mango is considered a symbol of wealth and divine sweetness. But sweetness alone cannot describe the flavour complexity of the Alphonso Mango. The taste experience is a variety of peach, apricot, nectarine, honeydew melon and a hint of citrus. A perfect balance of gentle acidity and sweetness, with incomparable intensity. An absolute hit that you won't want to let go of your hands.
There are only two seasons in India: the monsoon and the mangoes. The one refreshes the earth, the others the soul". This Indian proverb illustrates the importance that the golden-yellow fruit enjoys there. The mango season lasts from April to July, when the harvest takes place. With more than 7 hours of sunshine daily, our Alphonso mangoes ripen in the tropical climate of India. In the crown of the up to 45 metre tall mango trees, they are just waiting to be made into our incredibly delicious ice cream. Combined with our creamy coconut milk, we've created a mango ice cream that steals the show from any other vegan ice cream.

Tasty? As one variety contains extremely much of the lead ingredient and the base is not recognisable. Sustainable? Because the ice cream is 100% plant-based, natural and organic. The packaging is plastic-free and the company is climate-positive.
With this idea, we are revolutionising the dairy ice cream market and ensuring that in ten years' time only plant-based ice cream will be eaten. This accelerates the development towards a sustainable-global diet.
Driven by this vision, we bought a small ice cream machine from our savings during our studies, put it in a small restaurant kitchen at night, started producing ice cream and selling it to cafés in Cologne during the day. Always with the belief: we can make a difference, because for a future worth experiencing, taste and sustainability go hand in hand, and today we work every day to inspire the entire DACH region with NOMOO ice cream.
