Kimchi klassik has a mild spiciness, is vegan, raw, naturally fermented, not pasteurised, completely without preservatives. Perfect as a salad, as a side dish with rice, pasta, fish and meat dishes or simply on its own. 

Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish that is the generic term for a special way of preparing vegetables. In the process, the vegetables are seasoned, pickled and fermented. During the preparation process, fermentation takes place, which ensures that the vegetables acquire the special acidic character. 

 

KRUT, short for "Surkrut", is the Old High German term for sauerkraut, which is still in use today in the Alemannic language area. The KRUT company revives the forgotten cooking art of fermenting, refines vegetables into superfoods for a balanced diet with millions of healthy microbiomes.

In addition, a signal is set against food waste and vegetables that would otherwise be thrown away are given a second chance. Fermentation rescues surplus vegetables, preserves them and puts them in the jar .
