This rosé explodes with fruitiness: floral Syrah complemented by fruity Grenache, fresh Cinsault with aromas of gooseberry and Morello cherry.
The vineyards are mostly close to the coastline over a length of almost 240 km. The climate is dry and hot in summer. Rainfall usually comes in the form of heavy showers, so drought between the months of May and September is one of the biggest problems for viticulture. In some areas of the Languedoc, viticulture as well as the cultivation of olives is the only possible use of the agricultural land.
