Zubereitungsanweisung: Die Alnatura Kuvertüre Zartbitter zerkleinert im Wasserbad auf ca. 40°C erwärmen. Gelegentlich umrühren. Kurz abkühlen lassen und zügig verarbeiten. Gebäck, das mit Kuvertüre überzogen wird, sollte Zimmertemperatur haben.
