Venison Ragout
The ragout is a true gastronomic specialty for all those who love a balanced but strong taste. Typical Tuscan venison with an unadulterated taste. An additional ally in the kitchen to refine any pasta dish.
For pasta dishes, we recommend using pappardelle noodles.
About the company:
It all began in 1925 with a small dairy in the old town of Siena. From then on, the name Morbidi became synonymous with "good food" for the locals. In the 1940s, we began working with pork and then with sheep's milk, in keeping with the oldest local traditions. Over the generations, we have developed into a modern company with a strong focus on sustainability and a short supply chain, but we have never forgotten where we started: in a wonderful place that is always ready to welcome anyone who comes through the heart of Siena.
