The creamy vegetable tender mix of freshly harvested vegetables from the Marchfeld is the Austrians' favourite vegetable mix of baby carrots, sweet corn and peas. Refined with sour cream and spices, the creamed vegetables taste particularly creamy.

Preparation in the pot:
Bring the contents of the packet to the boil with 1/8 litre of water and continue to boil for approx. 4-6 minutes over medium heat without a lid. Stir occasionally.
In the microwave:
Heat the contents of the pack with 100 ml of water in a microwave-safe dish, covered, at 600 watts. Stir after 5 minutes and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes. Stir well again at the end of the cooking time.
