Stadtküche Organic Meat Dumpling
The Fleisch-Nudl is the pub-style dumpling among the Kasnudl.
100% Austrian pork, fresh onions and classic spices make the Fleisch-Nudl what it is: a sinful delight and one of the classic Carinthian dumplings!

TIP: Since our Kasnudl are always freshly made and packed, you can also freeze them at home at any time!

Preparation recommendation:
And it's that simple, you can't go wrong!
Our dumplings are always pre-cooked, so for your enjoyment, they just need to be reheated. Whether you do this in a pan and fry them until crispy, place them in a water bath and let them simmer, or steam them, is up to you. Here are some guidelines from us.
-In a pot without a steaming insert: let simmer for approx. 8 min. in hot, lightly salted water. (Tip: never let the water boil)
-In a pot with a steaming insert: steam for approx. 8 min.
-In a steam oven/combi steamer: steam at maximum power (100°C steam) for 8-10 minutes.
-In a pan: Fry Kasnudl with a little butter or vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown. Turn the Kasnudl frequently.
-In the microwave: Moisten Kasnudl with 2-4 tablespoons of water and heat at 600 watts for at least 2 min., depending on the number of pieces.
Important: Once on the plate, you best round off the taste by adding some melted butter or olive oil over me!
Tip: Our Kasnudl can also be prepared directly from the freezer. We recommend the first 3 preparation methods here (of course, you can still fry the Kasnudl afterwards) and an approx. 3-5 minutes longer cooking time.
