CRÉMANT TO DIE FOR – Carod
Crémant de Die AOP | France
Traditional Bottle Fermentation | Elegant Sparkling Wine from the Rhône Valley
Origin & Terroir
This exclusive Crémant de Die comes from a privileged valley in the French Rhône region, where the Carod family has cultivated their vineyards on sun-drenched slopes for generations with great passion and care. The region offers ideal conditions for fine sparkling wines with finesse, freshness, and aromatic depth.
Grape Varieties & Production
This Crémant is a characterful cuvée made from:
85% Clairette Blanche – Freshness, structure, and elegance
10% Aligoté – fine acidity, lightness
5% Muscat à Petits Grains (dry) – aromatic sophistication
Production according to the traditional method (as with Champagne):
Whole bunch pressing with a pneumatic press
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks
Second fermentation in the bottle for at least 12 months
Disgorgement to remove yeast deposits before finalization
Sensory Profile
