Origin & Terroir
The Villa Rosa Custoza DOC comes from sun-drenched Veneto, one of Northern Italy's most traditional wine regions. The Custoza region, not far from Lake Garda, is known for fresh, fruity white wines with moderate alcohol content and a lively character.

Grape Varieties & Vinification
This wine is made from a classic cuvée:

Trebbiano Toscano – for lightness and freshness

Friulano – brings floral notes and soft fruit

Garganega – provides structure and aromatic depth

Other local grape varieties complement the complexity

Vinification:

Gentle maceration of the grapes with skin contact

Immediate must separation and temperature-controlled fermentation at 15–16 °C

Grape varieties are vinified individually and later blended

Aging in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks

Bottling is done cold and sterile to preserve freshness and aromatics

Sensory Profile
Colour: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections

Aroma: Typical, intense and fresh, with fruity-aromatic notes of white fruit, citrus and a hint of blossoms

Palate: Delicate, soft and pleasantly fresh, with a naturally fine effervescence. Very balanced and enjoyable to drink, perfect for social gatherings.
