Smoked Salmon
Salmon mildly smoked over beech wood. Sliced. Thawed.
Our smoked fish is exclusively refined in our own ovens. There, the smoking masters of Deutsche See ensure the correct handling of salt, temperature, and time. These are the decisive factors in smoking, and also for this fine smoked salmon. For this, we exclusively use salmon fillets from ASC-certified Norwegian aquaculture, which are hand-salted and then mildly smoked over beech wood.
Already sliced, this particularly tender smoked salmon can be enjoyed, convincing equally well on rolls and scrambled eggs for Sunday breakfast, as a topping on salads and hash browns, or with pasta dishes.
